This piece was installed on a wall adjacent to Langley’s new sports complex, so the mural had to represent this facility with both the visual style and the messaging. The aggressive slant of the type and the slightly chaotic background exude the competitive spirit behind the sports taking place there, while the simple and friendly ‘go play’ message (combined with the bright pop of colour) embody the carefree attitude of having fun in the park.
