Fisch Racing Tech is a performance automotive parts manufacturer located in BC’s Fraser Valley. They specialize in making bespoke high-end adapters that facilitate mounting Nissan’s highly reliable, performance oriented 6 speed manual transmission on to various engines/cars. The engineers at Fisch have a genuine passion for not only motorsport, but for crafting the absolute best quality product they can. Being that they aim to capture the top end of this niche market, they were looking for a brand that would properly exemplify their dedication to quality.
The logo is an evolution of their previous mark, with a focus on giving it a more timeless, contemporary feel, as well as making it more versatile and less busy. The colour palette and graphic devices come together to demonstrate the company’s passion for creating the best – the CAD illustrations for their custom parts have been employed throughout the brand to both exemplify the care and attention to detail the company invests into their products, and also to give their customers a behind-the-scenes look into their development process. When paired with the brand’s bright blues and framing elements (reminiscent of blueprints/schematics), these tools come together to give Fisch a restrained, focussed look and feel with a strong emphasis on the passion they have for creating the best.
This was a freelance project I developed separately from my agency work. While a few simple ideas were migrated from the old brand, everything you see here is new.
